Diphone Studio: Licensing Issue

Hi,

My Diphone Studio copy, though it had already been activated a long time ago, demanded for the activation code which I can no longer ask for at the IRCAM Forum product page because it is no longer available.

Is there a way I could have an activation code for it? I have “Individual Annual Premium Access” that is still running (until 28/01/2020), if that’s an issue.

Thanks to IRCAM’s Customer Service, this issue has already been solved. I should have adressed them directly and not the Diphone Studio Legacy Forum, sorry for that.
