dead-boxes with ompitchfield-tutorial-patches

I’ve just downloaded ompitchfield so I wanted to watch “ompitchfield-tutorial-patches” and I had dead-box :

MAKE-PFIELD
NESTING->TIMING2
MAKE-TI-SETCLASS1
NESTING->TIMING

For example……

Have I missed something ? another library ?
