I am trying to combine various chosen measures in a voice object to create a poly object, as specified below.

Unfortunately, when I use “get measures” the position of the measures appear to be copied and the rhythms are not superimposed as I would like them to be in the poly object (bottom of image). Is there a better way to do this, I sense I am overlooking something simple…

It would be very practical if you send a patch. I may have a straight forward solution to your problem. In fact, get-measures is buggy!

Here it is. Note, that these loops (voice2voices and voices2voice) will be incorporated in the new release (6.18). Don’t use get-measures, because it is obsolete.
