Can't connect boxes

Hello,

If I try to connect some boxes below the patch view, the mouse jumps up.

Here’s how can I replicate it:

  1. create new patch
  2. create 2 objects
  3. move both objects down until they are not visible in the patch
  4. scroll down to see both objects
  5. try to connect them

OM 7.6 on Linux Mint 21.1

Attached patch and video demonstrating the mouse jump when I try to connect 2 boxed below the patch view.
