Hi all
I’ve just download all OM librairies. Some needs an authorization but when I call them (OM-SuperVP for example) they don’t ask for an authorization… Have I missed something ??

Dear Jerome,
No you don’t need an authorization if you are a premium member. All the binaries then are authorized. For om-SuperVp, you should point to the Audiosculpt kernel supervp. (normally it’s done automatically).

I explain why I’ve post this silly question (SuperVP is in AudioScuplt)
When I go in the preferences and audio I can’t activate SuperVP for normalizing !
Is it because AS is not authorized on my computer ?
The Chant binary is located here :
/Applications/OM 6.6.1/libraries/OM-Chant 2.0/resources/bin/macos
The Supervp for OM is located here :
/Applications/OM 6.6.1/libraries/OM-SuperVP 2.5/resources/bin/mac
But you can switch it to the AS one in OM preference’s panel.
(That’s what i did… and it works fine! c.f screenshot)
… disregarding the importation Bug of the tutorials… But it will be fixed i’m sure. I notified the dev team…
About this last issue, i tried the chmod problem of Mountain Lion… It didn’t work.
Being a Mountain or a valey, it sucks. I preferred the Leopard which is really more user friendly…
An by the way , maybe Apple, won’t be no more supporting computers… ???

my preferences/externals page is empty !! (none SuperVP field or others) see the attached capture

THis means you didn’t load the library …
Load the lib and tell me if this works for you…
This append when I load the librairies (pj)
So everything seems to be all right. Automatically OM points to the included binaries in the libraries.

Hello,
If no Ircam software has been authorized yet on this computer, then you shoud use the IrcamForumProctection utility available on the Downloads page.
In principle it will fix the activation. You can also just start AudioSculpt and enter your activation key in it (it will be valid for OM libs as well…)

I do understand your question. Actually, three weeks ago, I’ve ask for an authorization. I had trouble with this one, I tried to authorize the softs, had a crash and couldn’t authorize anything. So I’ve lost an authorization. As we have only 4 authorizations for one year, I ask these questions to be sure to proceed correctly to the future authorizations.
Something I want to say is that 4 authorizations is really not enough for persons like me who use almost all forum softwares ! When I see the number of new versions which appears on the site, it’s impossible to have always all fixed versions.
There’s really something to do about that !

As a reminder, a received activation code will authorize all softwares (whether downloaded or not) on your machine. You do not need to generate codes per software but only once per year.
"
So if you are a premium member, (and i think you are ), you don’t need to authorize each software, and each update. One authorization is sufficient!
Now if you have problems with the activation itself, check this one out it will surely help :

I loaded the SUPERVP library in OM (I am an individual premium user, so I guess that means so specific authorization)
Here are the snapshots of my OM Preferences.
Everything seems to be ok
But when I do a very simple patch like the one I attach (but I have the same issue with a transposition, for instance)
The listener seems to emphasize that there is some processing going on, when I evaluate the sound at the bottom of the patch
However when I look into the Out-files Folder it remains empty
and the evaluated Sound object remains empty.
Did I miss something ?

This looks a bit strange and doesn’t seem to be an authorization issue. But in doubt, please do try this:
Open the Terminal, (you’ll find it in /Applications/Utilities folder)
- Type :
cd /Applications/OM\ 6.6.2/libraries/OM-SuperVP\ 2.7/resources/bin/mac/SuperVP.app/Contents/MacOS/
then return
- Type :
./supervp
If you have the following thing , (this means it isn’t an authorization issue) :
