Authorization key not sent to email

Hello,

I have a premium membership, and I went to my account and generated a new authorization key, it said “Authorization key sent by e-mail”, but I never received it, so I clicked on the “resend mail” multiple times, but still haven’t receive any. May I ask what the problem is? Thank you!

There is indeed a problem with our mail server preventing emails to be sent correctly for some users, we are currently looking into it, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Please have a look at your mailbox, I have sent you your authorization key directly.
