Anyone else get an empty software activation code?

First of all, big congratulations to the team that produced this incredible software. Just reviewing the documentation and the online presentation from a few weeks ago Orchids appears to be both deep and broad. I’m looking forward to using it in conjunction with my creative practice and have already got several concrete thoughts on potentially novel applications.

I’m having trouble, however, getting the activation code from the IRCAM Shop server and hope this is not affecting anyone else. The text file that I receive in the email from the shop is empty of visible content and zero bytes in size, so apparently nothing hidden I can’t see. A small but significant hiccup in the process? Or a brilliant marketing stratagem to stoke user engagement? :wink:

Anyway, looking forward to a fix so I/we can begin to explore the world Orchids promises to open for us.

Indeed this is a very promising work. THanx to Philip and Antoine.
And yes there is a problem apparently in the protection system for some users.
I have sent a report. And as soon as i have a feedback i will let you know on the support forms you’ve already sent.
Don’t worry we will fix this ASAP.

There is no problem at all with the software as you’re probably experiencing its normal functionning: There is NO protection.

The problem thus comes from the fact that there is a Button on the download page… we’ll remove this soon!
