I’m sorry if my question seems silly but I’m a student and I would like to do a motivic analysis of a midi score.
I was told that I could find here a software that could analyze a midi score by finding and highlighting motivic affinities by showing their degree of similarity, in a mathematical way.
I searched on the site but it seemed to me that the analysis softwares proposed rather the analysis of audio files and not midi. That’s why I wanted to know if such software exists or if I was misinformed?
