Hi,
Due to lack of ressources, we have completely stopped working on ADM a couple of years ago.
As a consequence, I can only provide minimal support for these tools.
There is no other documentation than the videos/pdf/published article that you can find here
The ADMix
tools were designed to be “easy to use”.
The tools/patchers are, however, not easy to modify. It would take a lot of efforts to do so.
And I dont have any “simpler” patchers to share.
In theory, reverb rendering is not supported in ADM.
In practice, it would be possible to use spat5.oper
and spat5.spat~
to render ADM files.
But the reverb features would not necessarily be compliant with the standard or with other ADM tools/renderers.
A lot more details here.
About the sample ADM files from https://ebu.io/qc/testmaterial :
the ADMix
tools are experimental prototypes, and are not intended to fully support the ADM standard.
Therefore, some files wont load.
Some other files do load and renderer properly.
Finally, some of these files are, in my opinion, incorrect.
The EBU and ITU have developped and published official ADM renderers and tools, and you should use that for future-proof ADM production.
Sorry for not being more helpful on that one.
Regards,
T.
