Is it possible to access Orchids’ instruments sample audio files for use in other programs (i.e., CataRT)?
If so, how?

Of course 
The samples are given directly as audio files in the “SOL_0.9c_HQ” folder which can be downloaded along with the software (organised as Family/Instrument/PlayingStyle/samples*.wav)
