Microtone playback in OM 6.16

Hi I’m completely new to OM

Question:
How to play microtone in OM 6.16, I’m using microplay, changing the setting several times but it still won’t play properly.

Dear Dan, Ok this issue has been fixed. I reverted the code concerning it, since the new code, once “pitchwheeled” gave “funny” transpositions! So you should: quit OM put the .lisp file i am attaching here in: /usr/share/openmusic/init folder (for mac users it would be in: /Applications/OM 6.16.app/Contents/init) start OM By the way it is funny no one reported this! It seems work in a wired way, it did reverted but the pitch is not right.
For example, it plays the written C major taird with Bb traid sound.

First be sure to apply the .lisp file ( see the note in the thread).
then please in the om preferences under MIDI tab, uncheck all the following:

• Force score player
• Midi channels aboe 16 go to successive out ports
• Auto microtune bend

All these should be unchecked.
then re-evaluate the pitchwheel function.

Still not work. btw the only init folder I can find is the path in the picture I attated
I hope that’s not the problem.

Yes it is there indeed.
But you should restart OM in order that the change happen.
