I can't open OM in Big Sur

Hello there:

Since I install Big Sur, I can’t open OM. No error messages, nothing, It just don’t open. Any directions?

Hi Andres,

First of all it is not a good idea to upgrade to the latest OS without waiting sometime to be sure that all software will be working on it. cf. Important: mac users!

So yes, since, OM depends on LispWorks and was compiled BEFORE big sur arrival, there is no way it will work. The good news is that LispWorks released updates for Big Sur. However, we should try and test them before prior release. So OM 6.8 will probably work on Big Sur.

Dear Karim

How long do you guess it takes until it works on Big Sur?
I dont want to stress you. I freezed an older Machine for the software I need :smiley:
But would also be great if it works on Big Sur :slight_smile:
