Dear Karim, after some time I can testify that the issue seems solved, but somehow strange (minor) things keep happening:

I still sometimes have to abort after erasing a list instance (after that I can erase the instance without any further problem)

Sometimes a patch (or a subpatch) containing one or several list instances won’t open (with no error message whatsoever, it simply do not open anymore (it does if I restart OM or if I make a copy of the patch and I open the copy)
I can’t send an example of that because, alas, it happens randomly …
