Addressing OM version for Mac Intel running on Monterey

Hi All,

Some of you reported a problem openning workspaces while using OM 7.1 on Mac Intels running Monterey OS.

Here you have a Beta version (v 7.2), that hopefully will address this issue.
THIS IS A BETA VERSION!

Please feel free to report any problems, errors, bugs.
